Ingredients

4 large apples that have been peeled, cored, and sliced thinly
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup liquid
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 spoonful of cinnamon

Oil for frying

Mix the flour, water, and salt together in a bowl. Mix well until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Mix the ingredients, then knead it into a smooth dough. Rest the dough for one hour.

Peel and core the apples and slice them into thick slices.

Roll out the dough into a large rectangle.

Place the apple slices on top of the dough.

Brush one end with water, then roll up the dough from the opposite side.

Slice into thick pieces.

Fry apple rolls for 3 minutes per side or until golden.

Roll the apple rolls in sugar before serving.
