Wrap your feet in a few layers of aluminum foil


The trick is simple and easy to do: wrap the part of your body where you feel pain with aluminum foil and hold it with a bandage. Leave it on for an hour. If your foot hurts for example, wrap it in five or seven layers of paper. Place cotton between each layer secured with a bandage. Repeat this process three times in a row, at an interval of two hours. The ideal is to do this every evening for 10 days.
